Release Abilities: The manipulation and control of water, and water based reiatsu. This allows the wielder to use techniques such as the Mizu Kousen, which focuses and pressureizes water in the left palm to three charges and fires off in power levels based on the charge level. She will also grant her wielder the power and ability to form a shield and sword out of pure water, these techniques are known as Mizu Shi-rodo and Mizu Katana, the second can also be used to enhanced the edge of a blade.

True Release Abilities: Greater manipulation and control over water and water based reiatsu, this enhances the power of the previous techniques, to the point where the focus on the blade makes it sharper than before, and the shield can block most high level spells. As well, she also has her own 4 Claws of the Dragon.

The Abilities of Mizushin:
Mizushin's power and ability granted to her wielder is the manipulation and control over water and water based reiatsu, which is also a form of spiritual energy. By doing this, they can form a shield or sword out of water, as well then can unleash a pressurized blast of water that can be charged to three levels. The first takes mere seconds and is fast with high piercing power, but low over all strength. The second charge unleashes a larger and more powerful blast of water, that has less piercing power behind it, but is has a higher strength behind the blast. The third charge takes about a minute to charge up and unleashes a massive and powerful blast of water that can rip through armor like a hot knife through butter causing severe damage to anything it hits. The shield can block low level spells (such as kido) to mid level spells depending on how large and how focused the shield is. It cannot defend against high level spells (for example Raikoho) in the Released State. The sword can be used as a secondary weapon, or if the wielder is sperated from Mizushin momentarily. It can also coat Mizushin's blade and increase the strength of the edge, giving it a sharper, more honed edge allowing it do inflict more damage.

When the user proves themselves worthy and obtains the True Release, it further enhances the previous abilities, the water sword, can now be unleashed as the 1st Claw of the Dragon, Mizu Katana Kousen. While the shield can now block spells of a very high level in power, but it will eventually wear down and needs to be replenished if it is hit with a strong fire attack. The Second Claw, Tsyori Mizunami, is unleashed if the First Claw has been used and if the shield is broken. Then the water around the shield that was used to block the attack forms back up and is unleashed in a powerful tsunami-like wave towards the opponent. The Third Claw, is Naiya Kousen, it channels pure energy into the blade and is unleashed in a blast that makes the third rank charge of Mizu Kousen look like childs play. This blast is devistating and can only be unleashed if they opponent is hit with a powerful spell. The Final Claw, Naiya Mizunami channels that same light from Naiya Kousen into a massive wall of water that crashes down on their opponents. However, that is not the end of her abilities. During the Counter-Invasion of Oblivion with her True Warrior of Yaiba Ikazuchi, they unleashed the next stage.

Enter, the Ultimate Release.
Yaiba had been traveling with the group for some time, his younger brother had stopped off to fight Aisushin's opponent, and that was more than accepted, they had been through a frozen hell and back, it was time for them to face their battle on their own. However, something stopped them, Yaiba could feel it was well as Mizushin, when the rest of the group stopped to see what was wrong, he replied simply. "My opponent has arrived, the rest of you head on, and be careful." Their opponent was none of than King Styx, he was known as the Father of the Styx Dragons, the beasts that polluted the River Styx making it into the river of death and decay. This creature, this monster, he had caused Mizushin so much pain in the past, so much suffering, that it was time to make the beast pay for what it had done.

Diving into the water without any hesitation, Mizushin's blade already released the battle raged on as Yaiba fought his way to the King Styx. When he finally reached the beast, Mizushin and Yaiba entered the true release, fighting to their full power. But even the 4th Claw wasn't enough to take down this monster, and as Yaiba fell down into the bottomless pits of the Black River that ran through Oblivion, the cause of the Blight of the Styx, something made him react, he opened his eyes and his sapphire blue reiatsu errupted in a massive pillar.

Words echoed throughout their mind "If you die, so do I. You have fought with all your heart and soul, and I shall give my own to this Law." The beast of darkness in Yaiba's heart sacrifised itself to the Law of the 4th, and they entered into the Ultimate Release.

Their body had changed a fair bit, Mizushin's armor plating was merged with Yaiba's armor, as their tail formed itself.

"Ultimate Release, Mizu Doragon." The King Styx finally understood what it was like to feel fear. He was finally brought to that level, as he lashed out in desperation, they caught it in their clawed hand, breaking the other dragons claw without so much as a twitch. As they rose their blade up and pointed it directly at the beast, they spoke another two words.

"Assai Fuchi." As those words were unleashed, a massive whirlpool surrounded both of them, the increadiable pressure rising by ten fold every second, all that could be heard was a roar of absolute pain and fear that escaped from a bubble as the Black River crushed the massive dragon into nothingness.

It was on that day, that Yaiba Ikauchi, Captain of Squad 13, fell in battle, finally earning a peaceful ending to his battle torn life.


A little history lesson on Mizushin:
Mizushin is the middle sister of the three Elemental Heart Sisters, in contrast she is the middle child of it all. She is younger than Kazeshin and thus younger than Raikoushin and Ankokushin but elder than the twins Ranpushin Kumorishin. Raikoushin was the protective older brother of her, always looking out for her, while Ankokushin was always telling her to look out for herself and not to be so reliant on them. She was the middle dragon by age back when they were free originally and she was sealed after her younger sister Aisushin as well as after the twins Kazeshin and Kumoshin but before her older sister Koudoshin and her older brothers Raikoushin and Ankokushin. She never had much of a problem with her sealer, as she was in an almost identical situation as Mizushin was herself, but that still didn't stop her from completly destroying her mind. Again, the original name of the sealer for Mizushin has been lost to history, but it is of strong belief that Raikoushin, being the protective older brother that he is, likely destroyed it from all records.
Over the next  1,000 years she was quite enjoying herself but when the Twin Hero's started to seal them back into their original blades, she knew that it would only be a matter of time before she was sealed as well. But when it was a human of all things that came to seal her within her blade, Mizushin was a bit surprised, but it was more than apparent that this human had loved, sined and betrayed that which she worshipped. That interested Mizushin the most and she willingly allowed herself to be sealed, as long as she got to know the young cleric. She was a devotee of a mighty goddess, who frowned upon men and any actions dealing with them, but it was clear that this young clerics heart had been touched by one of the twins, and when Mizushin saw the figure that the one twin, Ivellious was his name, had she could see what she loved him so. He was so bloody cute that not even she, Mizushin the great dragon of the water could resist him. But alas, it would be that they were not to be together for very long. That cleric girl was eventually called up to the heavens, where her goddess frowned upon having a blade, and frowed even deeper on having a dragon there. So Mizushin was lost with her other sisters in the constant sands of time, untill once again it was her older brother Raikoushin that came to save her, only this time, she could feel the pressence of Raikoushin's mate Lothnorixius within his wielder. This boy, he had been trained by Ivellious Liadon, but had all of the blood of their ancient kin within him. And his wife, was as beautiful as he was handsome and Mizushin was glad to be wielded by her for a time.
However fate is not always kind to the kind hearted, eventually they succumbed to age while she did not. Her blade has been lost for centuries and to this day she awaits for her older Brother Raikoushin to find her and save her once again. And all that time she just could not stop thinking about her best friend Shiverix, the mighty white dragon in the north that had an impecable taste for Diamonds. Her sister Aisushin had always had eyes for him and she knew that they both loved each other greatly but she still could not stop thinking about him...

That is Mizushin, the kind hearted water dragon that is the middle child, in the Elemental Hearts.
